Southpoint Professional Center is committed to the sustained success of our tenants, visitors and community. We have taken every step necessary to become a LEED Certified campus. We have also taken measures to make commuting to work both easy and environmentally conscious.

To reduce traffic and carbon footprints when traveling to Southpoint Professional Center, we offer Ridesharing, Van Pools, a convenient bus stop and bike paths that connect riders to the American Tobacco Trail. Locker rooms and showers are also provided onsite to accommodate the needs of those who walk or bike to work.
